The best and cheapest way to make your way around the Islands is by ferry. The Hellenic segways are pretty fast and it's a 3hr ride from Mykonos to Santorini. I have to say I'm quite mad about my Santorini stay and you'll find out why.

First off of my 'To-Go' list was none other than Greece. There's no order of preference really, for some reason Greece seemed to resonate a lot for me and so there it was. Being who I am, I did start planning this last year and initially this trip should have taken place in May, but then Trump was having a moment as he always is and I ended up pushing it to August which I don't regret.

                                     Once you start appreciating life,

I'm in awe of where I am but even more so of where I'm headed....The journey has been so enriching and full of life long lessons and I know there's so much more to come. The greatest teacher of all times is experience and regardless of who may try to break you they can never take that from you. Petite fille de Priso et puis berie and now trying to conquer the world! Hunny I deserve this and much more.

I love birthdays! I live for them. An opportunity to do it all again but this time better and badder *insert sunshade emoji*. It's an opportunity that many do not get to see so best believe that it is one I do not take for granted. #Aquariusgang better recognize. This is by far the biggest birthday turn out I have had in 'my old age' BY FAR! When I say these lovelies ALL flew in to #ceelayLA I mean a sister had to shed a tear or two. At the start of this all I'm over here like okay ten people max next thing I know that number doubled and still didn't believe it till I saw them all here in flesh...Man if this ain't blessings I don't know what is. All A1s and Day1s...I got much love for y'all and you know it cause I tell y'all everyday.

This is not about the talking that is definitely on its way. So let's get to the events shall we? I'm guessing that's why you came.

It took a post that a friend shared with me to spark up this one. I had forgotten the love I once had for this U2 song...Indeed I still haven't found what I am looking for. Not to make this a music appreciation post/ review/intense analysis of the lyrics...The song mentions pretty much having it all but then still feeling incomplete and just lacking. It just goes to say; "Not all that glitters is gold".

Choices

There's a quote I've always been fascinated by which goes;

That spoke volumes to me. However we turn out is based on our choices that we make everyday, who we become is based on these choices, our success based on our choices, our partners who reflect us? based on these same damn choices... The choices we make are critical! They're the core to we are or hope to be.

So if you've read this blog enough you know I always claim I don't how to smile. Now I laugh a whole lot, but I don't smile, at least not intentionally. Too many frustrations when someone trying to take a pic says; "smile". Got a sister lost and cheesing way too hard. That's not todays' gist tho. Today is about the comforting smiles, the people who don't let what they're going through refelct on the outside.

Malta

Truth be told Malta is not a place I would have visited on my own but thanks to le sis graduating from there, I decided I might as well and I knew without a doubt it will be my first and last visit Lol! It was a nice experience don't get me wrong I just did and saw all that needed to be done and seen so no need to return.

Really brief geography y'all, not that I know much but Malta is Island close to Italy. Main languages are Maltese and English. End of lesson! (I hated geography). The country gave me the small town in Italy meets Greece vibe. Very different from anywhere I've ever been if i'm being honest. It was a good experience though! From the narrow streets ( If you can drive in Cameroon, you'll fit right in lol), to the rocky beaches and ancient buildings..It was a stunner in itself.

Londres

The last time I visited London was 10+ years ago, so I was over the moon to be visiting family and dear friends. Nothing beats that!

My trip was off to rough start with American airlines canceling my flight taking one day out of my already short vacation. So upon arrival I was ready to just go at it and do and see everything. Having visited "innit" when I was younger, if y'all have Mcdonald's I was a happy camper lol! Back when life was that simple. This time, however, I had a lot of appreciation for the architecture. The city has a nice vintage charm to it..for lack of words, it is very English! Second most important thing, London is tiny! The houses and roads are so small. It's almost just too cute and annoying at the same time lol. Plus on the roads, what are stop signs? yield signs? where they do that at? Driving is on another level. Tout le monde se comprend. I'll dive straight into the pictures and let them narrate my stay!

My first stop was Picadilly Circus, London's very own New York. It kind of has the times square vibe even though I was so caught up taking it in that I forgot to take a picture of the huge screens. Sorry guys!
